Dr. Hadar Ron, M.D.
Interim Chairman of Board of Directors
Dr. Hadar Ron started serving as a director for the Company in August 2019. Since 2000, Dr. Ron has been the founding and managing partner of IHCV, a life science venture capital fund. Dr. Ron also sits on the board of IHCV since January 2002. Dr. Ron serves as a chairperson of SupPlant, an agri-tech company, and G.I. View Ltd., a medical device company specializing in colorectal screenings, and as a board member of the following medical companies: Home Skinovations Ltd., SipNose Ltd., Pet Novations Ltd., Peri-Ness Technologies Ltd., Easy-Lap Ltd., O.G.D.H. Ltd., OrSense Ltd., Gamida Cell Ltd. and NanoPass Technologies Ltd. In addition, Dr. Ron serves as a member of the advisory board of the Momentum Fund Tech Transfer and is the chairperson of the scientific advisory board of Social Finance’s Social Impact Bond for the prevention of diabetes and colon cancer. Dr. Ron is a physician and attorney by education. She holds MD and LLB degrees.
Moshe Mizrahy
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Moshe Mizrahy co-founded the Company in 2008 and has served as Chief Executive Officer and director since inception. Mr. Mizrahy served as Chairman of the board of directors until July 2024; Previously, Mr. Mizrahy was co-founder and chief executive officer of Syneron Medical Ltd., a medical aesthetic device company. Mr. Mizrahy was also the former chief executive officer of Home Skinovations Ltd., an international medical aesthetic consumer devices company active in the home use market and was Chairman of its board until 2023. In addition to Home Skinovations Ltd., Mr. Mizrahy currently sits on the board of directors of the following companies: SipNose Ltd., Peri-Ness Technologies Ltd., O.B.-Tools Ltd., M.N. Business Strategy Ltd. And Himalaya Family Office Advising Ltd. Mr. Mizrahy has a B.S. in Engineering and an MBA from Pace University, New York.
Dr. Michael Kreindel
Chief Technology Officer and Director
Dr. Michael Kreindel co-founded the Company in 2008, has served as our Chief Technology Officer since inception and started serving as a director for the Company in August 2019. He previously was a co-founder of, and served as CTO of, Syneron Medical Ltd. from 2001 to 2007. Dr. Kreindel has a Ph.D. in physics and mathematics, and also graduated as an engineer and physicist in experimental and theoretical nuclear physics from Ural Politechnical Institute, Russia.
Nadav Kenneth
Director
Mr. Nadav Kenneth started serving as a director for the Company in July 2024. Prior to his retirement, Nadav Kenneth was the co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and board member of Qrative Ltd. He was a consultant to the government of Zanzibar and was responsible for restructuring processes for the IRS, human resources, and payroll systems from 2007 to 2011. In 2006, he managed the implementation of a large logistical operation in Italy to serve the Carrefour, as CEO consultant for Polymer Logistics. From 2004 – 2006, he was co-founder, board member and country manager for Trisixty Security, overseeing the development of an automated system that monitored compliance with IT security regulations. Mr. Kenneth was the director of advanced platforms for Partner Communications and the vice president of R&D and operations for Maximal Innovation Intelligence. Until 1999, Mr. Kennth was a senior intelligence officer in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF), where he was head of the strategic planning branch, managed large-scale projects, and developed international global systems. Mr. Kenneth attended MAMRAM in 1977; he holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Bar-Ilan, Israel and an MA from the University of Swinburne, Australia.
